Welcome to Kabayan Bistro, where our journey is just beginning, inspired by a deep love for Filipino cuisine and a desire to bring its rich flavours to our guests. Founded by Margaret, our story is deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of the Philippines.

At the heart of our kitchen is my father, Menis, the master chef and true visionary behind our dishes. Growing up, I watched him cook with passion and precision, turning every family gathering into a feast of flavours and joyful moments. His culinary skills, developed over years of perfecting family recipes, are the foundation of Kabayan Bistro.
